Note: The number of seats mentioned above is provisional and may vary according to the actual requirements of the company.
Candidates can apply for engagement in only ONE STATE. The company reserves the right to allot a seat in any district of the selected state according to administrative requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Candidates must have passed Graduation (Regular – Full Time) in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by AICTE/DOTE/UGC.
– Candidates must have appeared for the examination, passed it, and possess the degree certificate as on 01.04.2026.
– Candidates must have a 100% completed profile on the NATS portal to be eligible to apply.
– Candidates must enter their graduation percentage of marks in the NATS portal.
– Candidates whose results are declared in CGPA/OGPA/GPA must convert them into percentage according to the formula used by their respective university.

Note:
– Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
– OBC candidates belonging to the Creamy Layer are not entitled to OBC reservation or age relaxation.
Application Fee:

Salary / Stipend:
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000 during the 12-month apprenticeship period.
Stipend Details:
– National Insurance Company Limited will pay Rs. 8,850 per month directly into the apprentice’s account.
– The Government share of Rs. 6,150 per month will be credited directly to the apprentice’s bank account through DBT mode.
Other Benefits and Conditions:
– Apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances or benefits.
– No deduction will be made from the stipend for leave approved by the designated company employee.
– For other absences, the stipend will be deducted on a pro-rata basis.
– Apprentices will not be treated as employees of National Insurance Company Limited.
– Apprentices will not be entitled to employee benefits available in the company.
Selection Process:
The selection process will be based on the following stages:
1. Shortlisting based on Graduation Marks
2. Document Verification
3. Final Engagement List
4. Contract of Apprenticeship
Exam Pattern:
There will be no written examination mentioned in the notification.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in their qualifying Graduation Degree Examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
Syllabus:
No written examination syllabus is prescribed in the notification because the selection process is based on graduation marks, shortlisting and document verification.
