UPESSC Eligibility Criteria:
Principal: Postgraduate degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university or institution.
B.Ed. degree from an NCTE-recognized course.
At least 4 years of teaching experience as a Lecturer or Assistant Teacher in Classes 9 to 12 at a recognized institution, OR at least 4 years of experience as a High School Headmaster, supported by the prescribed experience certificate.
Headmaster: Postgraduate degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university or institution.
B.Ed. or B.P.Ed. degree from an NCTE-recognized course.
At least 4 years of teaching experience as a Lecturer or Assistant Teacher in Classes 9 to 12 at a recognized institution, OR at least 4 years of experience as a Junior High School Headmaster, supported by the prescribed experience certificate.
Age Limit: Minimum Age: 30 years as on 01 July 2026.
Superannuation Age: 62 years.
