Canara Bank Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:-

1) Database Administrator:-
Eligibility: – B. Tech degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics & Communication Engineering or Instrumentation or MCA with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
And should possess DB certification like Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or equivalent.
Experience: – Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Public/ Private Organization in the relevant field.

2) Systems Administrator:-
Eligibility: – B. Tech degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics & Communication Engineering or Instrumentation or MCA with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
And should possess OS Certification like Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent.
Experience: – Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Public/ Private Organization in the relevant field.

3) DP Operations Head:-
Eligibility: – Graduation in any stream with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
And should possess a valid Certification from NISM or NCFM in DP operations.
Experience: – Minimum 2 years experience with equity broker/ financial institution in handling entire gamut of DP operations & thorough knowledge in compliance matters.

4) Chartered Accountant:-
Eligibility: – Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
Experience: – Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant area. Freshers can also apply.

5) Human Resources and Legal –Head:-
Eligibility: – MBA (HR) or MSW and Bachelor in Law (LLB) from a recognized university or Institute.
Experience: – Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Public/ Private Organization in the relevant field.

Age limit: –

  • For Chartered Accountant Post – Maximum 28 years as on 31 July 2016.
  • For All Other Posts – Maximum 30 years as on 31 July 2016.

Age relaxation: – The upper age limit relaxable up to 03 years for O.B.C. and 05 years for SC, ST categories candidates as per government rules.

Pay scale: – For all the above posts consolidated pay shall be paid in the following rates-

  • First Year – Rs 37,500 per month.
  • Second Year – Rs 41,500 per month.
  • Third Year – Rs 46,500 per month.

Contract period: – The selected candidate will be on CONTRACT for a period of three years from the date of joining, as per the rules of the company.

Canara Bank Recruitment Selection Process:-

Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of short-listing and Interview. Interview shall be held in the Corporate Office of the Company. The time & date for Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through email. Final selection will be on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in interview.

Place of posting: – Currently ONE vacancy for the post of Systems Administrator and DP Operations Head are in Bengaluru and all other vacancies are in Mumbai.
