EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Foreman (Chemical):
• Diploma in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Technology/Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks.
• 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Foreman (Civil):
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
• 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Junior Superintendent (Human Resources):
• Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations, with minimum 50% marks in each.
• Computer proficiency and 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Foreman (Instrumentation):
• Diploma in prescribed Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical-related disciplines with minimum 55% marks.
• 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Operator (Chemical):
• B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, or B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry, with minimum 50% marks.
• 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience.
Technician (Electrical):
• Matriculation plus ITI Tradesmanship/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical/Wireman trade.
• 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Technician (Instrumentation):
• Matriculation plus ITI Tradesmanship/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Instrumentation trade.
• 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Technician (Mechanical):
• Matriculation plus ITI Tradesmanship/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter/Diesel Mechanic/Machinist/Turner trade.

PwBD Trainee Posts:

• Accounts Assistant Trainee: B.Com. with minimum 50% marks and English typing speed of 40 w.p.m.; computer proficiency required.
• Trainee posts require a minimum one-year training period with stipend.
AGE LIMIT
• Foreman and Junior Superintendent posts: Maximum 32 years.
• Operator and Technician posts: Maximum 30 years.
• PwBD Trainee posts: Maximum 30 years.
• Age relaxation applies to eligible reserved categories as per the notification.

PAY SCALE
• Grade S-5: ₹28,500–₹86,570
• Grade S-3: ₹25,000–₹81,430
• PwBD Trainee Stipend: ₹21,000 per month during training.
• Other applicable allowances and benefits are as per BCPL rules.
