ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must have:
• Passed the six-month Recorders Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.
• Passed the mandated examination in both Survey and Settlement subjects before 13 August 2026.
• Computer proficiency with minimum typing speed of 30 WPM in English and 15 WPM in Assamese/Bengali.
AGE LIMIT
• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years
• Age calculated as on 01 January 2026.
EXAM PATTERN
The recruitment examination carries a total of 100 marks:
• Written Examination (Paper-I): 80 Marks
– Mathematics (Class X): 10 Marks
– Conventional Survey: 50 Marks
– Modern Survey: 20 Marks
• Skill Test – Computer Proficiency: 20 Marks
• Negative Marking: 0.25 mark for each incorrect
MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS
• UR: Written 40/80 + Skill Test 10/20
• OBC/MOBC/STP/STH/SC/PwD: Written 32/80 + Skill Test 8/20
SELECTION PROCESS
Written Examination → Computer Proficiency/Skill Test → Document Verification → Final Merit List.
