SEBI Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:-

Eligibility: – Candidates should have passed degree in MBA/ MMS with specialization in finance.
OR CA/ CS/ CWA/ LLB / PG in economics, finance or any other discipline that is beneficial in the opinion of the board from a recognized university or institute.

Experience: – Candidates should have minimum of 20 years post qualification experience in dealing with problems relating to securities market or special knowledge or experience of law, investigation, finance, economics, accountancy, administration or any other discipline which is to be considered beneficial to the board.

Pay scale: – The present applicable SEBI scale of pay for Executive Director is Rs 120500–3500 (2) – 127500 (3 years).
Age limit: – Candidates age should not be less than 40 years or more than 55 years as on 30 September 2016.

Age relaxation: – Age relaxation will be applicable as per the government rules.

Term of appointment: – The appointment for the post will be purely on contractual basis for an initial period of three years.

Selection process: – Candidates will be selected through their performance in interview test.
