Rajya Sabha Secretariat Recruitment : RSTV Recruitment details 

1) Cameraperson: –
Eligibility
: – Candidates should have passed graduate degree from recognized university or institute.
Experience: – Minimum five years experience in cinematography with experience in handling cameras of popular formats in studios.
Pay scale: – Rs 54,000 per month.

2) Junior Cameraperson: –
Eligibility
: – Candidates should have passed 12th class from recognized board.
Experience: – Minimum three years experience in cinematography with experience in handling cameras of popular formats in studios.
Pay scale: – Rs 30,000 per month.

3) Junior Video Editor: –
Eligibility
: – Candidates should have passed 12th class from recognized board.
Experience: – Minimum three years experience in video editing on Non- linear Format in a television channel/ production house.
Pay scale: – Rs 30,000 per month.

4) Senior Graphics Designer: –
Eligibility
: – Candidates should have passed graduate degree from recognized university or institute.
Experience: – Minimum eight years experience in the design and creation of graphics in a television channel/ production house.
Pay scale: – Rs 72,000 per month.

5) Graphics Designer (VizRt/ Virtual Studio): –
Eligibility
: – Candidates should have passed graduate degree from recognized university or institute.
Experience: – Minimum five years experience in the design and creation of graphics in a television channel/ production house.
Pay scale: – Rs 60,000 per month.

6) Graphics Designer: –
Eligibility
: – Candidates should have passed graduate degree from recognized university or institute.
Experience: – Minimum five years experience in the design and creation of graphics in a television channel/ production house.
Pay scale: – Rs 42,000 per month.

7) Junior Graphics Designer: –
Eligibility
: – Candidates should have passed graduate degree from recognized university or institute.
Experience: – Minimum one year experience in the design and creation of graphics in a television channel/ production house.
Pay scale: – Rs 30,000 per month.

8) Panel Producer: –
Eligibility
: – Candidates should have passed graduate degree from recognized university or institute.
Experience: – Minimum five years experience in a TV channel with at least 4 years experience in PCR operation/Online production.
Pay scale: – Rs 60,000 per month.

9) Transport Coordinator: –
Eligibility
: – Candidates should have passed 10th class from recognized board.
Experience: – Minimum two years experience in handling transport department in a TV channel/ company.
Pay scale: – Rs 40,000 per month.

Rajya Sabha Secretariat Recruitment: Age limit & Selection process –

Age limit: – Candidates should be between 21 to 58 years as on 13 May 2016.
Contract period: – Candidates to various professional positions on contract basis initially for a period of two years.

Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview.
