1) Faculty – 04 posts.
2) Office Assistant – 05 posts.
3) Attender – 05 posts.

Oriental Bank of Commerce Recruitment Eligibility Criteria: –

1) For the post of Faculty

Eligibility: – Candidate should have a PG degree from a recognized university or institute. Permitted PG degrees are MA, M. Com, M. Sc, Master of Social Works or psychology, sociology. Moreover candidate must have proficiency in computer knowledge such as MS Office and internet.
Age limit: – Candidate should be aged between 25 years and 40 years as on 30 November 2016.

Pay scale: – Selected candidates will get Rs 20000 lump sum per month.

2) For the post of Office Assistant

Eligibility: – Candidate should have a graduation degree (such as BA, B. Com or B. Sc) from a recognized university or institute. Knowledge of prescribed languages is necessary. Moreover candidate must have proficiency in computer knowledge such as MS Office and internet.
Age limit: – Candidate should be aged between 25 years and 45 years as on 30 November 2016.

Pay scale: – Selected candidates will get Rs 12000 lump sum per month.

3) For the post of Attender

Eligibility: – Candidate should have passed the matriculation examination from a recognized board or institute. Further the candidate should be a resident of the concerned RSETI.
Age limit: – Candidate should be aged between 18 years and 25 years as on 30 November 2016.

Pay scale: – Selected candidates will get Rs 8000 lump sum per month.

Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. The eligibility and other qualification of the candidates are the basis for short-listing for the interview.

Age relaxation: – The upper age limit relaxable up to 03 years for OBC, 05 years for SC or ST and 10 years for PWD candidates.
Probation period: – The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months and 24 months from the date of joining the Bank.
