Qualification: – Individuals such as retired bank officers may be allowed to be appointed, among others, as FLC-Coordinator. FLC-Coordinator should have sound knowledge of banking, law, finance, requisite communication and team building skills, etc.

Should have good health & willing to travel extensively within the command district.

His integrity should not have been doubtful during his service in the Bank.


Financial Literacy Camps: – The FLC-Coordinators will arrange minimum 8Financial Literacy Camps/ Workshops/ Public meeting in the villages of the district.

Performance Review: – The performance of the FLCs will be reviewed at Head Office each month.

Pay Scale: – Rs. 14,000/- per month (+ 500 for Mobile charges).

Age limit: – Maximum 65 years


Service Conditions: – The FLC-Coordinator will be appointed by the Bank on a contract basis for a period of 1 year. The contract will be renewed by the Bank for a further period of one year basing on the satisfactory performance, if so required.

Selection Process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview by a Special Selection Committee as decided by the Bank.
