NCERT Recruitment: – National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 70 Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Posts on permanent basis.
Post: – Lower Division Clerk (LDC).
Qualification: – 12th Pass.
Location: – New Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Mysore, Bangalore and Bhopal.
Last date: – 08 February 2016.
Age limit: – Between 18 to 27 years.

Total posts: – 70 posts.

1) New Delhi – 58 posts.
2) Bhubaneswar/ Kolkata – 05 posts.
3) Mysore/ Bangalore – 05 posts.
4) PSSCIVE, Bhopal – 02 posts.

Qualification: – 12th classes passed or equivalent from recognized board.
Speed @ 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
Pay scale: – Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay 1900 per month.
Age limit: – Between 18 to 27 years as on 01 January 2016.
Age relaxation: – The upper age limit relax able for O.B.C., SC, ST, P.W.D. and Ex-servicemen candidates as per government of India rules.
Application fee: – Candidates pay a non refundable application fee of Rs 200 by through bank draft or banker cheque drawn in favour of Secretary, NCERT and payable at New Delhi.
SC, ST, P.W.D. and women candidates are exempted from application fee.
Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and skill test.
Scheme of examination: –
(A) Written Examination (150 Marks and 3 Hours duration).
(i) General Knowledge- 50 Marks (objective type).
(ii) General English- 50 Marks (objective type).
(iii) Written Expression- 50 Marks (descriptive type)
(B) Those who qualify in the written examination will have to appear for skill test on computer.
Date of examination: – Examination may be held in the month of May or June 2016.
Center for examination: – The examination center will be held at New Delhi, Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mysore and Shillong cities.
How to apply: – Candidates apply application only online mode by through the website www.ncert.nic.in till date 08 February 2016.
After online submission, Printout of online application should be forwarded by post along with documents and fee slip to The Section Officer, R-II Section, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110016 till date 22 February 2016.
