Nainital Bank Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:-

1) Rajbhasha Adhikari: – Candidates should have passed Bachelors Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject with 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.
OR Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at graduation level with 55% marks from a recognized university or institute.

2) Law Officer: Candidates should have passed 3/ 5 years Professional Degree in Law with 55% marks from a recognized university or institute.
Experience:- Preference will be given to those candidates who are handling legal matters at corporate offices of Banks or Financial Institutions.

3) Personnel Officer: Candidates should have passed Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree with 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.
And Masters Degree in Business Management or Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.
Experience:- Candidate having experience 1-2 years experience will be given preference.

4) Risk Management Officer: Candidates should have passed Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree with 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.
And Masters Degree in Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.
Experience:- Candidate having experience in the field of Risk management or Treasury Operations will be given preference.

5) Information Technology Officer: Candidates should have passed BE/ B. Tech (Computer Science/ IT) or Graduate/ Post Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology or BCA/ MCA with 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.
Experience:- Candidate having experience in the field of Risk management or Treasury Operations will be given preference.

6) Credit Officer: Candidates should have passed Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree with 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.
And Master of Business Administration (Finance) or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) with 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.

Age limit: – Candidates should be between 21 to 30 years as on 30 September 2016.
Age relaxation: – The upper age limit relaxable for reserved categories candidates as per government rules.

Pay scale: – Rs 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020 Plus Special Allowance @ 7.75% of Basic Pay and applicable Dearness Allowance thereon.
