Vacancy Details:-

Total Post: – 34 posts,

Name of the post: –

1- Law Officer (Group A) – 01 post,

2- Law Officer – 33 posts,

Qualification: – Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) from recognized university/ institute.

Candidates should have knowledge of Hindi, English & Marathi language.

 


Experience:-

For Law Officer (Group A) – Minimum 07 years experience in the profession as a Lawyer.

For Law Officer – Minimum 05 years experience in the profession as a Lawyer.

Note:- The candidate should also have thorough knowledge in subject of law, regarding crime, services, administration and all types law and Departmental enquiry proceedings, so that he can handle law subject efficiently.


Pay Scale: –

For Law Officer (Group A) – Rs. 25,000/- per month.

For Law Officer – Rs. 15,000/- per month.

Age limit: –

For Law Officer (Group A) – Maximum 62 years as on 31st July-2015.

For Law Officer – Maximum 60 years as on 31st July-2015.


Contract period: – This appointment is on contract basis, it will be valid for 11 months only. If it is necessary, the contract shall be extended for another eleven months.

Selection Process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in interview.
