Indian Bank Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:-

Eligibility: – Candidates should have passed 10th standard but should not have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of 10+2 from recognized board.

  • Should have served in ‘FIGHTING ARMS’ in the Indian Army or equivalent in Indian Navy or Indian Air Force.
  • Should be of rank up to HAVILDAR or equivalent rank in Navy & Air Force only.
  • Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.

Pay scale: – Rs 9560-325/4-10860-410/5-12910-490/4-14870-570/3-16580-655/3-18545 (20 years) per month.
Age limit: – Candidates should be maximum 45 years as on 01 July 2016.

Indian Bank Recruitment Selection Process:-

Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and physical fitness test.

Physical fitness test: – Test will comprise of 5 meter shuttle, Push ups and Sit ups. (Minimum Qualifying Standards-5 meter shuttle 11 times in a minute, 13 Push ups, 20 Sit ups).

Written test – Objective type (in English): – Test will be on General Knowledge, Simple Arithmetic and Reasoning, Knowledge in security aspects and Basics of Banking.

Those who qualify in Physical fitness test alone will be allowed to appear for the Written Test.
