IBPS Recruitment 03 Research Associate, Hindi Officer & Law Officer Vacancy: – Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 03 Research Associate, Hindi Officer & Law Officer Vacancies on permanent basis. IBPS Recruitment Eligibility Criteria: –
1) Research Associate: –
Eligibility: – Candidate should have passed PG degree exam in psychology or education or management with specialization in HR with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university or institute.
Experience: – Candidate should preferably have one year experience in the academic research or test development. Competency in operating computer is must.
2) Hindi Officer: –
Eligibility: – Candidate should have passed masters degree from a recognized university in Hindi or English or any subject, with Hindi as a major or elective subject and English as medium of examination at degree level or equivalent.
Experience: – One year experience in Hindi translation of various reports or documents or letters in a bank or financial institution is desirable. Competency in operating computer is must.
3) Law Officer: –
Eligibility: – Candidate should have passed a Bachelor degree in law from a recognized university or institute and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
Experience: – Candidate should be enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council with minimum 3 years experience of practice at Bar.
Pay scale: – The pay scales offered by the Institute to the Research Associate, Hindi Officer and Law Officer in Grade-E are Rs 9300-34800. Successful candidates on recruitment will get Rs 44,900 per month as basic pay initially.
Age limit: – The age of candidate should be between 21 and 30 years as on 03 November 2016.
Age relaxation: – As per IBPS recruitment rules.
Application fee: – Candidates of all categories will have to pay online application fee of Rs 500.
Mode of fee payment: – Candidates have to pay the fee in online mode.
IBPS Recruitment Selection Process: –
Selection process: – The selection for candidates of all categories shall be on the basis of a written competitive examination of objective type and a subsequent interview or group discussion or translation test as applicable.
The test structure will be as follows: –
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the online examination will subsequently be called for further process of selection which may include Item writing or translation test (for Hindi Officer) or group discussion and interview as application.
