IBPS PO CWE Pattern: –

IBPS PO Prelims Exam Pattern: –

The most basic but least bothered point about IBPS PO Prelims Exam Pattern is qualification. Applicants are often unaware of the same. A candidate must obtain marks above the cut-off decided by the IBPS. Further the cut-off is decided for each section and for the exam overall.

The candidates need to understand that merely qualifying this exam would render them eligible for the main exam. Moreover, extra effort should not be made at attempting the questions in this stage as it may backfire. Aspirants should attempt questions uniformly in all sections. In all attempting about sixty-five questions confidently is enough to qualify.

Duration of Exam: 60 minutes | 1 mark is allotted for every correct answer

In prelims exam, time should be managed accordingly in the exam as well as while preparing. It is so because there would a combined time of 60 minutes.

 

IBPS PO Mains Exam Pattern –

The next step after prelims is the main exam. Further the marks obtained in the mains exam are counted for the final merit list. Unlike prelims it is not limited to qualifying. So you need to qualify and score as high as possible at the same time. Moreover all questions are objective in nature with up-to five alternate choices like prelims. Unlike prelims exam, the mains exam will have section-wise time duration. There would be section wise and overall cutoff. Scoring above the sectional cutoff is a must. However overall marks scored will decide the place in merit list.

IBPS PO Exam Pattern | INTERVIEWIBPS PO Exam Pattern 2016 – IBPS PO CWE Pattern | Prelims and Mains Exam Pattern

The last stage in the PO exam is interview. In all 100 marks are allotted for the interview. A candidate needs at least 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) marks to qualify in the interview. However, the ratio of weight age of CWE (Main exam) and interview will be 80:20 respectively. Finally the combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination of CWE PO/MT-VI and Interview.

 

Application Fee: –

Candidates have to pay examination fee plus intimation charges as follows.

1) Rs 100 for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

2) Rs 600 for all others.
