IBPS CWE RRB call letters have been released for the 1st stage exam. Admit cards of IBPS CWE RRB (V) Office Assistant and CWE RRB Officer Scale-I are also simply known as IBPS CWE RRB Call Letters. Candidates who had applied online for the IBPS CWE RRB examination can now download their respective call letters for appearing in the preliminary exam.
All the prospective candidates who had successfully submitted the application a few weeks ago were eagerly waiting for call letters also called hall tickets which are pre-requisite to enter in the examination hall premises. First stage of the recruitment process for the Regional Recruitment Banks for various posts is the preliminary online examination.
IBPS (Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection) had released an official notification to fill 8824 vacancies of Office Assistants (multipurpose) and 5539 vacancies of Officer Scale-I in various Regional Rural Banks.
As a part of the selection process a preliminary test has been scheduled to take place on 12, 13 and 19 November 2016. It will be an exam consisting of 80 marks and time duration will be of 45 minutes.
Steps to Download IBPS CWE RRB Call Letter: –
It is essential for the candidates to bring their respective call letters inside the examination hall.
The admit card for the examination can be downloaded from this webpage here. First of all enter the roll number. Then enter the password. However date of birth can be entered in place of password. Moreover registration number is valid in place of roll number.

The admit card can be saved on the desktop. Further you can take a printout directly. However the admit card can be downloaded only from a computer or laptop. It cannot be downloaded from any other devices like android phones or tablets etc.
Paste your recent photo on the relevant space as directed and make a cross-signature using black blue ball point pen.
What Documents to Carry for Exam?
There are few important documents you need to carry to the exam centre and reproduce the same as and when demanded. Without these proofs you may not be able to take the test.
- Call Letter: Download from the above mentioned link.
- Photo Identity proof: Bring the original photo ID proof along with a photocopy (Xerox).
Both these documents must be handed over to the invigilator after he collects your signature & thumb impression in the call letter.
Note: – Ration Card is not a valid id proof.
List of acceptable ID proofs are given below: (must bring original as well as a photocopy)-
- PAN Card.
- Employee ID.
- Voter ID Card.
- Driving License.
- College ID card.
- Aadhaar Card.
- Bank passbook with photo.
Candidates who have changed their names are required to produce the specific gazette notification or marriage certificate (for ladies) or an affidavit mentioning the change.
Blank A-4 sheets will be provided by the invigilator for rough work and the same are to be submitted back at the completion of the test.
