Steps to download IBPS Clerk Call Letter or CWE – VII Call Letter:-
It is compulsory for candidates to bring printout of call letter to enter inside exam hall. You can now download the IBPS Clerical Admit Card 2017 from this webpage here after entering your registration number & date of birth/ password till 10 December 2017.
First of all save the pdf file to your desktop. You may even take a direct printout.
Then Paste your photo in the space allotted on the letter. Finally note the venue, shift and time of your exam.
Make sure the photo in the call letter & the one uploaded to the application are same.
What Documents to Carry for Exam?
There are few important documents/ proofs that you should produce at the exam centre. Without these, no candidate would be allowed to take part in the test.
- Call Letter: Download IBPS Clerk Call Letter from the above link
- Photo Identity Proof: Bring the original photo ID proof along with a photocopy (xerox).
Further both these documents must be handed over to the invigilator after he collects your signature & thumb impression in the call letter.
First of all note that ration card is not a valid id proof.

- PAN Card
- Employee ID
- Voter’s Card
- Driving Licence
- College ID card
- Aadhar card with photo
- Bank Passbook with photo
There is a special instruction for candidates who have changed their names. Consequently they should produce a supporting document like specific gazette notification or marriage certificate or affidavit.
Blank A-4 sheets will be provided by the invigilators. Candidates should use them for doing rough work. Finally supervisors will take them back.
