HPL India Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:-

1) Manager (Finance):-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed Graduate Degree in Commerce with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
Pay scale: – Rs 9300-34800 plus grade pay 4600 per month.

2) Manager (HR):-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed Graduate Degree in any subject with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
And MBA degree in HR discipline from recognized university or institute.
Pay scale: – Rs 9300-34800 plus grade pay 4600 per month.

3) Manager (Marketing):-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed Graduate Degree in any subject with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
Pay scale: – Rs 9300-34800 plus grade pay 4600 per month.

4) Manager (Purchase):-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed Graduate Degree in any subject with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
Pay scale: – Rs 9300-34800 plus grade pay 4200 per month.

5) Assistant Manager (Finance):-

10) UDC:-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed Graduate Degree in any subject with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.
Pay scale: – Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay 1900 per month.

11) LDC:-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed 12th class or equivalent with 50% marks from recognized board.
Pay scale: – Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay 1800 per month.

12) Computer Operator:-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed 12th class or equivalent with 50% marks from recognized board.
Pay scale: – Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay 1800 per month.

13) Data Processing Assistant:-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed 12th class or equivalent with 50% marks from recognized board.
Pay scale: – Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay 1800 per month.

14) Technical Assistant:-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed 10th class or equivalent with 50% marks from recognized board.
Pay scale: – Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay 1900 per month.

Age limit: –

  • For Manager Posts – Candidates should be maximum 30 years as on 31 March 2016.
  • For all Other Posts – Candidates should be maximum 27 years as on 31 March 2016.

Application fee: – Candidates pay a non refundable application fee of Rs 1050 by through demand draft drawn in the favour of HPL India payable at New Delhi.

Selection process for HPL India Recruitment:-

Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, group discussion and personal interview.
Written test: – Objective Type Competitive Written Test based on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, English and Domain Knowledge.
