1) Management Trainee (Technical):-

Qualification: – B. Tech degree in relevant discipline with 60% marks from recognized university or institute.

2) Management Trainee (Non- Technical):-

Qualification: –

For HR discipline – Post graduate degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations with 60% marks from recognized institute.

OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR with 60% marks from recognized institute.

For Finance discipline – CA/ ICWA final pass/ MBA (Finance) with 60% marks from recognized institute.

For Law discipline – Bachelors degree in Law/ LLB with 60% marks from recognized institute.


Pay scale: – During first year of training they shall be paid monthly stipend of Rs 16400 per month. On successful completion of the first year of training, they shall be placed in the scale of pay of Rs 16400– 40400 per month.

Age limit: – Maximum 29 years as on 01 December 2015.

Age relaxation: – The upper age limit relax able up to 3 years for O.B.C., 05 years for SC, ST and 10 years for P.W.D. candidates.

Training period: – Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of two years.


Application fee: – Candidates pay a non refundable application fee of Rs 800 by through online mode.

SC, ST and P.W.D. candidates are pay application fee of Rs 200 only.

Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of GATE 2015 score, written test and interview.

Qualification: – 10th classes passed or equivalent from recognized board.

ITI diploma in relevant trade from recognized institute.

Pay scale: –

Stipend during training period first year – Rs 6000 per month.

Stipend during training period second year – Rs 7000 per month.

Stipend during training period third year – Rs 8000 per month.


2) Diploma Engineer Trainees:-

Qualification: – Diploma engineering in relevant discipline from recognized institute.

Pay scale: –

Stipend during training period first year – Rs 8000 per month.

Stipend during training period second year – Rs 9000 per month.

Stipend during training period third year – Rs 10000 per month.


Age limit: – Between 18 to 28 years as on 01 December 2015.

Age relaxation: – The upper age limit relax able up to 3 years for O.B.C. and 05 years for SC, ST candidates.

Application fee: – Candidates pay a non refundable application fee of Rs 800 by through online mode using internet banking or debit card or credit card or bank challan.

SC, ST candidates are pay application fee of Rs 200 only.


Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and trade test.
