GSI Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:-
Eligibility: – Candidates should have passed 10th class or equivalent from recognized board.
Driving license for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) and Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV).
Knowledge of repairs and maintenance of vehicle.
Experience: – Three years experience in driving of trucks, jeeps or tractors from recognized organization.
Pay scale: – Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay 1900 per month.
Age limit: – Candidates should be Maximum 56 years as on 28 July 2016.
Age relaxation: – The upper age limit relaxable for reserved categories candidates as per government rules.
Deputation period: – The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the central government initially shall not exceed initially for three years or as per government of India norms issued from time to time.
GSI Recruitment Selection Process:-
Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of tests conducted by recruitment board of Geological Survey of India (GSI Recruitment 2016).
