ESIC Delhi Recruitment 101 Consultant Hospital Manager & Consultant Manager Posts: Employees State Insurance Corporation, Delhi has issued a notification for the recruitment of 101 Consultant Hospital Manager and Consultant Manager Posts on contract basis. 1) Consultant Hospital Manager – 23 posts.

2) Consultant Manager – 78 posts.

1) Consultant Hospital Manager:-
Qualification: –
Candidates should have passed MBA degree from recognized university or institute.
Experience: – Minimum three years experience in relevant field.
Pay scale: – Rs 40,000-45,000 per month.
Age limit: – Maximum 40 years as on 25 April 2016.

2) Consultant Manager:-
Qualification: –
Candidates should have passed MBA degree from recognized university or institute.
Experience: – Minimum two years experience in relevant field.
Pay scale: – Rs 20,000-25,000 per month.
Age limit: – Maximum 35 years as on 25 April 2016.
Age relaxation: – The upper age limit relaxable for reserved categories candidates as per government rules.

Job profile:-

  • Upkeep of Indoor Wards/ Facilities
  • (ii) Monitoring availability of medicines and other consumables.
  • (iii) Monitoring upkeep of OTs.
  • (iv) Cleanliness.
  • (v) Horticulture.
  • (vi) Queue Management in OPDs.
  • (vii) Functioning of Canteen and Kitchen.
  • (viii) Will report to Senior-Most Officer in Administration Wing of the Hospital.
  • (ix) Any other work assigned by Senior-Most Officer in Administration Wing/ Medical Superintendent.

Term of contract: – For an initial period of one year extendable annually as per the requirement subject to satisfactory performance up to a period of 3 years.

Application fee: – Candidates pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 225 by through demand draft drawn in favour of ‘E.S.I. Fund Account No. I’ from any scheduled bank payable at the respective city of the State for which the candidate wants to apply as mentioned.
SC, ST, P.W.D., Ex-servicemen and women categories candidates are exempted from application fee.

Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of Walk-In-Interview. In case of large no. of application is received, E.S.I.C. reserved the right to shortlist the candidate. Preference will be given to candidate having MBA degree in HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT stream.

Walk in interview date: – 25 April 2016 at 9 AM.
Venue: – Candidate has to report to the concerned Nodal Offices (i.e. Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital).
