Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) Recruitment 2023: – The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, has invited online applications for direct recruitment to the posts of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) and Hostel Wardens (Male & Female) in Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRSs). A total of 6329 vacancies are available, including 5660 for TGTs, 335 for Hostel Wardens (Male), and 334 for Hostel Wardens (Female).

EMRS TGT Teacher Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria: –
For Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) – 5660 Posts.
- A Graduation degree in any related subject or combination.
- Passed the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) examination.
- Completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program.

For Hostel Warden (Male & Female) – 669 Posts.
Qualification: – Graduation degree in any recognized university in India.
Salary Details: – The EMRS offers competitive salary packages for Hostel Wardens and Trained Graduate Teachers:
- Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs): 44,900/- to Rs. 1,42,400/- per month.
- Other TGTs (Miscellaneous posts): 35,400/- to Rs. 1,12,400/- per month.
- Hostel Wardens: 29,200/- to Rs. 92,300/- per month.
Age Limit & Relaxation: – The age limit for all the available positions (Hostel Wardens and TGTs) is not exceeding 35 years. Moreover, there are age relaxations for certain categories as per the Government of India Rules.
EMRS Recruitment 2023: Application fee: – When applying for the EMRS Hostel Warden and TGT positions, candidates should note the following application fees:
- SC/ST/PwBD category candidates: No Fee.
- General/OBC/EWS category candidates: An application fee of 1000/- to Rs.1500/-.
Selection Process: – The selection process for the Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) Recruitment 2023 will consist of a written test and an interview.
- Written Test:
The written test will be objective type and will be based on the syllabus prescribed for the post. The syllabus for the TGT post can be found on the EMRS website. The syllabus for the Hostel Warden post is not yet available, but it is likely to include topics such as general knowledge, current affairs, and educational management.
- Interview: –
The interview will be conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, communication skills, and knowledge of the subject matter. The interview board will also ask questions about the candidate’s experience and motivation for applying for the position.
- Final Selection: –
The final selection will be made based on the candidate’s performance in the written test and the interview. The weightage given to each component will be decided by the EMRS authorities..
