District Court Purba Medinipur Recruitment:-

1) English Stenographer:-
Eligibility: –
Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized board and at least a certificate in computer training from a recognized institution. A satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation.

  • Minimum speed @ 80 w.p.m. in shorthand for 6 minutes and a minimum speed at 30 w.p.m. in typewriting from a legible manuscript in English for 10 minutes.

Pay scale: – Rs 7100-37600 plus grade pay 3900 per month.

2) Lower Division Clerk (LDC):-
Eligibility: –
Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board and at least a certificate in computer training from a recognized institution.

  • A satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation.
  • Knowledge in type-writing in English is preferable.

Pay scale: – Rs 5400-25200 plus grade pay 2600 per month.

3) Office Peon, Night-watchman and Farash:-
Eligibility: –
Candidates should have passed 8th class or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
Pay scale: – Rs 4900-16200 plus grade pay 1700 per month.

Age limit: – The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 40 years as on 01 of January 2016.

Age relaxation: – The upper age limit is relaxable up to 03 years for OBC candidates and 05 years for SC, ST category candidates as per government rules.

Application fee: – Candidates have to pay a non refundable application and details are given below-

For the post of Group (B) and Group (C) category:-

  • General and OBC candidate – Rs 200 only.
  • Scheduled Caste (SC) candidate – Rs 50 only.
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidate – Rs 25 only.

For the post of Group (D) category:-

  • General and OBC candidate – Rs 100 only.
  • Scheduled Caste (SC) candidate – Rs 50 only.
