BPSC Recruitment for 1.78 Lakh Teacher Vacancy: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is set to recruit 1.78 lakh teachers in the state. The recruitment will be done through a competitive examination. The vacancies are for primary, middle, secondary, and higher secondary schools Teacher.
The BPSC has already received the requisition from the state government for the recruitment. The commission is now in the process of finalizing the syllabus and exam pattern for the recruitment. The advertisement for the recruitment is expected to be released on last week of May 2023.

Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for the BPSC 1.78 lakh teacher recruitment will be as follows:
- The examination will be of objective type.
- The examination will be divided into two parts: Part I and Part II.
- Part I will be of 100 marks and will consist of questions on General Knowledge, Mathematics, Hindi, and English.
- Part II will be of 200 marks and will consist of questions on the subject of specialization.
- The total duration of the examination will be 3 hours.
- The pass mark for the examination will be 60%.
