Total Vacancy: – 12 posts.

2) O.B.C./ M.O.B.C. – 04 posts.
3) ST (P) – 02 posts.
4) ST (H) – 01 post.

APSC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:-

Eligibility: – Candidates should have passed Graduate in Medicine or Science from a recognized university or Institute.

And have had at least one year post graduate training in laboratory under-

  • A government analyst appointed under the drugs act, 1940.
  • A chemical examiner.
  • A fellow of the royal institute of chemistry of Great Britain Branch.
  • The head of an institute specially approved for the purpose by the appointing authority.

OR Hold a degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical chemistry or post graduate degree in chemistry with pharmaceutical as special subject.

OR Hold the pharmaceutical chemist’s diploma granted by the pharmaceutical society of Great Britain.

Pay scale: – Rs 8000-35000 plus grade pay 5100 per month.
Age limit: Candidates should be between 18 to 43 years as on 03 March 2016.

Assam PSC Vacancy Selection Process:-

Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of screening test (Multiple choice objective types written examination) and interview.

If the number of applications received is large, the commission may short-list the number of candidates either on the basis of their marks obtained in the qualifying academic examination required for the post in terms of advertisement.

How to apply:- Eligible candidates application should be forwarded by post along with self attested photocopies of certificate, experience certificate (where necessary) send to The Deputy Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission, Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati– 22 (Assam) on or before 21 November 2016.
