AP Police Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:-
1) Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Sub Inspectors of Police (Communications):-
Eligibility: – Candidates should have passed Diploma or B. Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering OR Electrical and Electronics Engineering OR Computer Engineering OR Information Technology from recognized university or institute.
2) Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Assistant Sub Inspector of Police in Finger Print Bureau:-
Eligibility: – Candidates should have passed B. Tech Degree in Computer Science OR Computer Application OR Information Technology from recognized university or institute.
Pay scale: – Rs 16,400-49,870 per month.
Age limit: – Candidates should be between 21 to 25 years as on 01 July 2016.
Age relaxation: – The upper age limit relaxable for reserved categories candidates as per government rules.
Physical measurements test (PMT):-
Height (male) – Must not be less than 162 centimeter.
Chest (male) – Must not be less than 84 centimeter round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 4 centimeter.
Height (female) – Must not be less than 152.5 centimeter.
Weight (female) – Must not be less than 40 kilograms.
Physical efficiency test (PET):-
Run – 1600 meters running in 10 minutes for male candidates and 12 minute for female candidates.
Application fee: – Candidates pay a non refundable application fee of Rs 600 by through Mee Seva (e-Seva) or AP Online or TS Online in favour of Chairman, State Level Police Recruitment Board, Andhra Pradesh.
SC, ST category candidates are pay application fee of Rs 300 only.
AP Police Recruitment Selection process:-
Selection process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of physical measurements test (PMT), physical efficiency test (PET) and final written examination.
Written examination: – Candidates who qualify in the above shall be required to appear for the final written examination in three papers in three hour’s duration.
- Paper I – English (Descriptive in nature) – 100 marks.
- Paper II – Arithmetic and Test of Reasoning / Mental Ability (Objective in nature) – 100 marks.
- Paper III Technical Paper (Objective in nature) – 200 marks.
