– Of the total 1,000 acres, 220 acres will be used for commercial purposes and 780 acres for industrial use.
– The estimated cost of the film city construction project is 1,510 crore rupees.
– The Yamuna Authority will receive 18% of the profits generated from this film city project.
– The project will include film shooting facilities, studios, a film institute, an entertainment park/family entertainment center, hotels and restaurants, retail shops, a shopping mall, serviced residences, and commercial offices, along with other filming and ancillary properties.
– It will also feature facilities for music production, dubbing, editing, VFX and special effects, film festivals, and a premiere arena.

90-Year License:
– The estimated cost for the first phase is 1,510 crore rupees, although the total cost for developing the film city on 1,000 acres will be 10,000 crore rupees.
– Infrastructure for commercial activities on 75 acres and film city-related activities on 155 acres will be prepared.
– The company developing the film city will be granted a 90-year license.
