– However, compared to the GDP growth rate of 9.1% in the previous financial year 2021-22, the growth rate is lower in 2022-23.

What is GDP?
– Gross Domestic Product (GDP) refers to the total value of all goods and services produced in a country during one year.

– GVA ie Gross Value Added has come down from 8.8% to 7% in FY23.
